Most of the jewelry are made of 925 sterling silver.925 Sterling Silver is an alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. We plate our silver jewelry in rhodium, which gives it extra shine and durability. Rhodium is one of the costliest precious metals due to its rarity.

Because of the customized feature of our items, the processing time is take up to 7-10 days to handcraft.
Shipping time depends on the shipping method you selected.
You can track your order by following the link in your Shipment Confirmation email.
If you have not received a Shipment Confirmation email, you can also check the status of your order via the Track My Order page. Simply enter your order number and email address, then click ‘Track Order’ to open the page displaying your order details.
The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes collected by your local government. Skuall is not responsible for any of these charges so please check the rates ahead of time.
You usually receive the tracking number for your Skuall product once your order is shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGES
You may return or exchange the item in its original, unworn condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.
